The official BrokerFlow privacy policy must be finalized and approved before accepting live personal information through the website. Until then, public forms must remain disabled.
The final notice should identify the data controller and contact method, describe collection and processing of demo and contact submissions, the purposes and legal bases, recipients such as Mailjet, retention periods, security safeguards, and rights under applicable Philippine data privacy rules.
